Extended Stay Guidelines vary by season and demands, but are generally considered 7 nights or more May - December and 14 nights or more January - April.  Consult your specific dates for availability. 



All Extended Stay Discount reservations are 100% pre-paid at the time of booking at are non-refundable, so please choose your dates carefully. We do, as always, highly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance in the event that unforeseen circumstances may cause a conflict with your guaranteed reservation. You will receive travel insurance information from us within 24 hours of booking, but you may purchase any third party travel insurance that you choose.
