A deposit of 50% of the total is required to guarantee your reservation. The remaining balance may be charged to the card on file anytime 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations may be cancelled or shortened up to 90 days prior to arrival for a full refund of the deposit. Reservations canceled or shortened between 90 and 30 days prior to check-in will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night. All reservations are nonrefundable if canceled or shortened within 30 days of arrival. Please note that all cancellation requests must be in writing and you will be provided with cancellation confirmation via e-mail.
There will be no refunds issued for No-show, early departures or arrival after your reservation check-in date.
With unforeseen circumstances cropping up, we highly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance. Guests will have 24 hours from the date of booking and payment to decide and participate in purchasing travel insurance. There are a number of travel insurance providers and plans available and it is very important that you choose the one that is right for you. For your convenience we have provided a link to CSA TRAVEL PROTECTION. Residents of New York and Hawaii please contact General Global directly at 866-999-4018. Please keep in mind that Cedar Cove Resort is NOT a party to the Travel Insurance Policy. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase a travel insurance policy to protect your investment from unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, illness, family emergency, force majeure, etc. We are happy to provide a receipt for any cancellation charges so that you may submit a claim with your insurance provider. Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages will only issue credit vouchers due to mandatory closure.
If you have booked your reservation through a Third Party(e.g., Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) you will be charged according to the terms of your confirmed booking. Please note that we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to reservations booked through a third party. All changes or cancellations must go directly through your original booking source.
When making your reservation, we require a valid credit card to secure the room. If you would like to use an alternate form of payment (a different card or cash) you may do so on arrival.
Parking on Anna Maria Island is extremely limited. Your room does come with one assigned parking spot and you will be given a parking pass. Please have this parking pass prominently displayed on your vehicle dashboard during your stay. Any vehicle without a parking pass will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Please keep in mind that Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages is a small beach-side hotel and we do NOT have elevators. While we will do everything that we can to make the stay of all guests as comfortable and convenient as possible, it is important to note that not all ADA regulations apply to properties such as ours. Please call us if you have any specific needs so that we may address your concerns directly and help guide you in choosing the best accommodations for your particular needs.
We place high priority on the security of guests' property. All valuables such as travel documents, credit cards and personal property are the full responsibility of the individual guest. Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages is not responsible for loss of any money or valuables while staying or visiting the resort. Management is not responsible for damage to the auto or loss of contents in the auto while parked.
Management reserves the right to recover costs from any guest in the event of intentional damage to the property including but not limited to missing linen/Towels, damages, smoking fees, lost keys, etc.
Pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises. Only legally licensed service animals are allowed.
Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages is a non-smoking property. This includes all common areas, and guest rooms. Please ask for a designated smoking area. Smoking in a designated nonsmoking area is subject to a $500 fine. Please be considerate of those around you.
Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages does not sell, rent or otherwise share your information with third parties. By booking with Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages you are agreeing to opt-in to communication via email, text messaging, and other electronic communication. You may opt-out of this any time in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR.
You understand that there are a number of risks associated with entering on the Cedar Cove Resort& Cottages property, becoming a hotel guest and/or occupying a room at the hotel during the COVID-19pandemic. You accept full responsibility for all such risks, known and unknown, relating to a stay at Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages and agree to release Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages and all its entities from any and all claims, liabilities, damages and expenses.
Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages follows all legal privacy obligations including PCI compliance to maintain the highest level of personal information including credit card details, email, and other personal identifying information.
